24 hour comics day

well, the news can be found in many places, but let me put the link also on our blog :) http://www.24hourcomicsday.com. how about we create and publish some 24-page-long experimental comics on our blog? we could also make experiments with comics and present the results on 24 pages or do something similar. I don't know if the idea is interesting, but perhaps for example minimalistic, photocomics or orher kinds of comics would be quite easy to create (I mean it doesn't mean they must be to easy, which sometimes would be an excuse for the lack of effort or something :) ). 24 web pages with comics also makes something similar to a 24 page comics!

anyway, perhaps we should try it? if I don'f forget, I will try :)

Billings gets a call

It was the last transmission Billings received. One moment he was Mason Billings, captain of a mineral scow in the Sheckley Sector, the next he was Captain Dixon of Earth IV, a venerable old ship that had travelled three times to the Far Reaches. In his reflective moments, between starhops or upon waking from suspended animation, he remembered something about beach balls and polar bears.

experimental guro manga by Shintaro Kago

this is page 7 from an English "scanlation" of Shintaro Kago's story Abstraction. You can find every page here. Warning: rude words & sexually explicit pictures. It's more about warping the frames than it is about abstract content. Seems to be a raw love story. Guro is a Japanese genre with plenty of blood, gore, nudity & shock.
